Where did you grow up?

I grew up near Ann Arbor in the small town of Tecumseh, Michigan.

Where did you go to college?

I went to Hope College for my undergrad and attended Grand Valley State University for my MBA.

When did you start at LGS?

I joined the predecessor to LGS in January of 2018 and took full ownership in August of 2021.

What do you enjoy the most about LGS?

Our team and our partners. I’m blessed each and every day to work with amazing people. We spend more time at work then we do with our own familes so my goal is to make LGS feel like family to all those involved.

What’s one word you would use to describe LGS and why?

GRIT. Our goal is to be considered THE company to hire to be an extension of your sales team and process and we will operate with grit to meet this responsbility each and every day!

Hobbies or interests outside of work?

The majority of any free time I have is centered around the sports that my 3 children play. I love University of Michigan athletics, church activities, listening to music, and a great series or documentary on any streaming service.
